Canada flashback: my first Thanksgiving Turkey

As it was Thanksgiving in Canada this past weekend, I thought I’d share a little blast from my own Canadian Thanksgiving past.

Note: clearly, this was shot before I came to my senses and realised that displaying my blissfully unkempt self (i.e. the me that really exists in our household) on camera, in footage that might eventually make its way into cyberspace, was possibly stupid.

I have spoken to my food many times (if I particularly enjoy the appearance of something, I will state “Hellooo Lover!”) but I have never sang so passionately. Very enjoyable indeed.

Helpful hint for next time – the butter spreads easier if you warm it in your hands first, much like how a masseuse warms the oil before applying it to your body.

Aha! Right you are! I think my mind was too frozen with fear to allow any such common sense through the door…
